Can I use Afterpay and Zippay instore?

Yes, you absolutely can.

All you need to do is complete the transaction online and state in the comments box that you would like to collect the item instore, and state the date and approximate time you will be collecting instore, if possible.

If you're charged postage costs as part of the online transaction, be rest assured, you will be refunded the postage costs instore when you collect your order.

The item I want to buy is sold out. Please help.

Yes, we know. Some items sell out really quickly and we make all attempts to restock the item wherever possible. If something you have your heart set on is sold out, click on the Email When Available button and let us know what size you're after, together with your email address, and if the item is re-stocked, you will be notified straight away.

How can I exchange or return an item purchased online?

Yes, you may exchange or return items purchased online in accordance with the terms and conditions of our Returns Policy.

The absolute best way to keep track of new arrivals instore and online is via our Instagram account - @luxe_fashion_boutique We love Insta as much as you do! And we love seeing photos of our gorgeous clients wearing the items they've purchased from us - simply tag us into your photo - and you may find yourself featured on our Instagram account!

Do you wholesale your Luxe Essentials range?

Yes, we do. Luxe Essentials is our own in-house range of covetable pieces. Starting with earrings (as we are currently earrings obsessed!) we have introduced stylish, easy to wear, well made pieces that are nickel free and gold plated and incredibly well priced for the stylish girl. Each style is made in very limited quantities and once sold, will not be repeated.
