Solid sterling silver jewellery may be polished and cleaned using a silver polishing cloth. 14k and 9k solid gold jewellery should be cleaned using a polishing cloth or dipped in a jewellery cleaning solution. While By Charlotte jewellery has been designed and produced to last for as long as possible, as with all gold plated jewellery, re-plating may be necessary every now and then.
